About Attachment Therapy
Attachment-based therapy helps individuals who are struggling with relationship anxiety, dating difficulties, breakup recovery, and ongoing communication issues in love and relationships. This approach focuses on understanding your attachment style—whether anxious attachment, avoidant attachment, or disorganized patterns—and how these emotional patterns impact the way you connect, communicate, and respond in relationships. Many people seek attachment therapy when they notice repeated relationship cycles, emotional overwhelm in dating, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting partners, or challenges expressing needs and boundaries.

Therapy supports you in developing secure attachment, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier communication skills so you can form more stable, fulfilling relationships. This process helps you move beyond breakup pain, relationship insecurity, and repetitive dating patterns toward more confident, grounded, and secure connections in both dating and long-term relationships.
